Case Study - Clients in Hostile Environment

Task: Protect a client that runs in hostile environments.

A client application processes sensitive data and is connected to a server via the internet. Outside the server, the data should be protected against debugging, analysis and tampering at any time.

Solution: Deploy Syncrosoft’s white-box algorithms, protect program code with MCFACT.

Syncrosoft’s white-box implementation of AES is used to protect the data transmitted between the client and the server. The client’s program code is protected with MCFACT. As a result, the AES encryption keys, the program code and the data remain protected permanently.
