Task: Protect software against piracy.

A software application should be protected against piracy. Wrappers, recording media copy protection and hardware dongles provide no real security.

Solution: Protect the application with MCFACT and the Syncrosoft eLicenser.

The protected application is linked to the eLicenser using MCFACT. The link between MCFACT protected program code and an eLicenser containing a valid license is extremely solid. By design, MCFACT protected program code can only operate properly when the crypto-services of the eLicenser are available and enabled by a valid license.
