Riga, 01.12.2010, whiteCryption acquires MCFACT Technology from Syncrosoft

Syncrosoft today announced that it’s MCFACT technology has been acquired by whiteCryption for an undisclosed sum. The assets acquired by whiteCryption include the MCFACT Technology, the Crypto Toolbox and the MCFACT-based Copy Protection Technology. whiteCryption will continue to offer the acquired technologies to third parties.
