The Syncrosoft Soft-eLicenser™ is a pure software-based anti-piracy and DRM module. It provides the same feature set as the Syncrosoft USB-eLicenser™.

Tamper-Proof DRM Module
The Syncrosoft Soft-eLicenser is protected with Syncrosoft’s MCFACT technology and thus secured against reverse-engineering, debugging and tampering.

Storage of Licenses
The tamper-proof memory of the Syncrosoft Soft-eLicenser serves as secure "wallet" for software and content licenses. At the time of the installation on the end-user’s computer, a unique identification number is generated and stored in the tamper-proof memory on the hard disk, thus binding the licenses to that particular machine and preventing unauthorized copying by the end-user.
